Is renunciation of the trade union delegate mandate necessarily definitive?
Following the elections for members of the social and economic committee, the first round of which took place from October 8 to 18, 2019, Mrs. [W], who had obtained more than 10% of the votes, was appointed regional union delegate by her trade union.
She relinquished this appointment in a letter dated June 8, 2020, and on the following June 9, the union appointed one of its members, Ms. [I], to replace her.
On June 30, 2021, the union reappointed Ms. [W] as regional shop steward.
