The Law or the Algorithm? An Unprecedented Showdown Between AI and Labor Law

As artificial intelligence (AI) becomes increasingly prevalent in the day-to-day operations of businesses, it is upending traditional frameworks in labor law and digital law. The integration of AI, recently regulated by the European AI Act, raises new legal challenges that call for dialogue between specialists in both fields.
